We finally went to Bacchanal to celebrate my birthday! We haven't been to Caesars Palace in quite a few years, and heard very good things about this buffet. We arrived at about 5pm, and it was not that busy. We were seated immediately, and our drink orders were taken. Our "waiter" kept our beverages full and cleared out our dirty plates regularly. The highlight here is the hot crab legs and the array of seafood. I tried almost all the seafood, and the star was the crab legs for sure. The prime rib was also delicious, super tender and the peppercorn gravy was great! There's so much variety that it's hard to try everything, but I did venture to the back area with Asian (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Filipino) fate along with Italian. I tried a little of this, and a little of that, and it was just OK. Stick with the prime rib and the crab and lobster, and you won't be disappointed. Lastly, dessert! Lots of choices, everything was delicious!

BACCHANAL BUFFET AT CEASARS PALACE!!! I was looking forward to this buffet SO MUCH and it was heavenly. I absolutely engorged myself with 3 full plates of food plus dessert and it was so worth it. There was so much to choose from this just scratched the surface of all the food that was offered. Plate 1: Crab legs galore! was really trying to get my moneys worth of this buffet and boy did i... crab legs, mussels, clams, shrimp, and some bomb horseradish standouts were the legs and the clams! Plate 2: Korean skewers, octopus poke, salmon poke, ahi tuna poke, prosciutto, shumai dumpling, regular dumpling, korean short rib, korean chicken wing, kimchi, and pickled cucumbers! YUMMMM! Standouts: chicken wing(!!!!) and beef skewer! Plate 3: for this plate i went back for all my favorites: crab (obviously) look at the size of that leg!!, clams mussels, and also tried a delicious ube horchata! For dessert we have cotton candy gelato 5.5/10, green tea gelato 7.8/10 , oreo tiramisu 8.5/10, banana cream pie 3/10, strawberry shortcake 1.5/10, ube mousse 7/10, yuzu mousse 2.5/10, thai tea 6.4/10 Overall the buffet was great! Last year we went to the Wynn Buffet which was also fantastic- i'm glad we tried something new this time! If you are a crab leg lover then Ceasars is where it's at. Service was also outstanding!

We were told this was the best buffet in Vegas to try, esp for snow crab legs. Reservations need to be made well in advance. We failed to make one but got off the open table waitlist. Note the list doesn't update in real time - we put our names down around 1pm on a Saturday and it kept telling us we were only 43 then 42 on the list for the next 90 min, then out of nowhere we were texted at 2:30pm that our table was ready. My husband then put our name down on his account and he immediately got off the list, so I think if you forgot to make a reservation, 2:30-3pm is the time to go. It's expensive but the selection is enormous. A few times they were out of snow crab legs but they refilled in 5-10 min. You get 90 min to eat, which was plenty of time for our party of 5. Highlights were the warm snow crab legs, chilled snow crab and Dungeness crab legs, chilled lobster claws, prime rib, salad, and the crepes from the dessert bar. We didn't like the bone marrow or cheesecakes, and the sushi didn't look great so we didn't try that. Over all, had a great time here and glad we were able to get in!

Went when they opened at 9am for Saturday morning brunch. We came here years ago when it was only $45 per person. It's now $84.99 per person. Almost $185 for 2 with tax. Crazy! Selection was good. Everything we got tasted great. Service was great. It's basically the cost of a nice dinner for 2 out, without the drinks.

So, I was too hungry and carrying two plates most of the time so no main food photos lol. The selection is robust and the crab legs and roast meats were delicious. The other food options like: Asian and pizza were just okay but I didn't waste my taste buds and food storage on them. The birria ramen was good and the perfect taster size. The buffet has plenty of variety that should satisfy most cravings. The service we received was wonderful as our glasses stayed full and provided plenty hand wipes and napkins. Our table was always cleared immediately and ready for subsequent food/dessert rounds. Bacchanal is in my top 4 with Bellagio, Wynn, and Wicked Spoon.

Robert and Angelo in the desserts station were so funny and kind! They really made a good experience for us. When i went to get some creme brulee, the station was out as we were getting toward last call. Robert and Angelo went above and beyond to bring out a new tray and torch the sugar fresh for me. All the food was great, but their exceptional service really made my whole night :)

I made a reservation in advance on open table because there was a long line. The food was fresh and the service was very good.
